The Connect Arica conference in Kigali , Rwanda is another example of how communications media & political development are interconnected. Modern communications methods open up possibliities which a few years ago would have been unimaginable. I'll explore the possibility of technological progress in the developing world being used in conjunction with other solutions such as microcredit in a later post
